THOUGHT OF THE WEEK

"Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered"....Romans 8:26

Real prayer was not made for human ears. When we earnestly pray, we are surprised at how inner feelings we didn't even know we had come to the surface.

True prayer is deep cry for divine assistance! Nothing fuels prayer like need. The presence of need will produce the power of prayer.

Prayer is the confession "I do not have it all." It is the humbling experience of the most arrogant mind admitting, "There are still some things I cannot resolve."

The presence of prayer is , in itself, the birthplace of praise. Prayer is your acknowledgement of the sovereign authority of God.
