DID YOU KNOW that an insulated, soft-sided cooler can be used for transporting a sewing machine.  The cooler is padded and sometimes have extra pockets for sewing notions. Be sure to your measure machine before buying one.

How to Walk in Heels like a pro and minimize the pain

I figure that this would be a good video. I cringe every time I see someone walking in heels like a new born calf.

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes

Were the instructions easy to follow? Yes

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I liked the whole pattern, nothing to dislike.

Fabric Used: polyester knit

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I did not use a narrow a narrow hem for the neck and arm holes. I decided to use the fashion fabric to make bias binding.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? Yes

Conclusion:  This pattern was very simple and easy to make.

There wasn't anything that I disliked about the pattern. I liked the ease of the pattern.

I had altered the pattern in the waist for my measurements.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? Yes

Conclusion: I will definitely make this one in a maxi.

Hello Dezigners, I have been very busy with all my sewing projects. It has been a long time since I have been soo inspired and so amped to make so many things. Because of the energy to create, I have not had alot of time to blog. SO I am starting again today.  

For so many years I used to look in catalog and wish I had the money to buy those things or make them. Now that I have the money, I prefer to make them. I started back in May as I was preparing for my trip to Chicago for my youngest son's Naval graduation. And the mojo has not stopped.

And yes!! I am going to show pictures of my son, because I am proud of him.

There was nothing to dislike. The pattern was easy an quick.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? Yes already have.

Conclusion: Highly recommend this pattern.

I'M BACK!!!

This is a happy moment for me. It is when you look back over your old photos and see how far you have come in my getting fit journey. You don't always realize it until you look at your pictures.  All i can say is WOW!!

When we face trials, it’s easy to focus on only our own problems.  While we wait on the Lord to answer our prayers or while we search for answers, we often become impatient and ask God when, why, or how?  Instead, we could simply search for opportunities to serve and bless others.  When we take on a “towel mentality” and humble ourselves, we become the hands and feet of Christ.
